Refund policy

Returns & Refunds: 

We accept eligible returns requests within 14 days of delivery.Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Opened/used soaps: Not eligible for return because they are personal-care products.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged/wrong items: Customer should contact KINIS d’Aura within 7 days o of placing the orderf delivery, with photos of the item and package

Cancellation, : Orders may be canceled within  1 Hour of placing the order,provide the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.After the cancellation window has passed,cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Refund: Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
